- 全渠道业务分析与市场监控：开展覆盖全部业务渠道的持续性、体系化分析。依托内外部数据，监控整体业务表现、市场趋势、竞品动态以及客户触达情况，并输出常态化业务复盘材料。

Omni-channel Business Analysis & Market Monitoring: Conduct continuous, systematic

analysis covering full business channels. Monitor overall business performance,

market trends, competitive dynamics and customer engagement status via internal

and external data, and deliver regular business review outputs.

-业务问题诊断与机会挖掘：通过多维度数据对比与深度洞察分析，识别运营缺口、业绩瓶颈以及潜在的市场增长机会；精准定位业务波动的根本原因，提供针对性改进方向。

Business Problem Diagnosis & Opportunity Mining: Identify operational gaps,performance bottlenecks and potential market growth opportunities through multi-dimensional data comparison and in-depth insight analysis. Accurately locate root causes of business fluctuations and provide targeted improvement

directions.

-业务策略制定与迭代支撑：将数据洞察转化为战略及战术建议，有力支撑业务策略、GTM策略以及产品推广策略的设计、调整与验证，保障业务策略具备充分的数据依据、贴合市场实际。

Business Strategy Formulation & Iteration Support: Translate data insights into strategic and tactical suggestions, strongly support the design, adjustment and validation of business strategies, GTM tactics and product promotion strategies, ensuring business strategies are fully data-backed and market-aligned.

-专项分析项目交付：支撑年度业务重点、市场突破、运营优化类关键分析项目，输出高质量洞察报告，为重大业务决策与阶段性战略调整提供支持。

Ad-hoc Analytical Project Delivery: Support key analytical projects for annual business priorities, market breakthroughs and operational optimization, deliver high-quality insight reports, and support critical business decision-making and phased strategic adjustments.

-分析方法论沉淀与能力复用：标准化分析框架与业务洞察逻辑，沉淀可复用分析模型，持续提升数据赋能的效率与专业度。

Analytical Methodology Summary & Capability Replication: Standardize analytical frameworks and business insight logic, summarize reusable analytical models, and continuously improve the efficiency and professionalism of data empowerment.

资历要求：

大学本科及以上学历

Bachelor's degree or higher;

3~5年以上医药公司销售绩效管理或数据分析经验，有外资医药工作背景者优先考虑

3~5 years or more of experience in SFE or data analysis; candidates with experience working at a MNC pharmaceutical company will be given priority.

熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English

较强的数据处理和逻辑分析能力，有10万条以上数据处理经验

Strong data processing and logical analysis skills, with experience processing more than 100,000 data records

较强的解决问题和抗压能力;沟通和人际交往能力

Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills; communication and interpersonal skills

熟练使用计算机，精通Excel，PowerPoint，Access, PBI等办公软件，熟悉BI系统运维

Proficient in using computers; highly skilled in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PBI; familiar with the operation and maintenance of BI systems
