岗位职责：

1：独立与外部专家开展学术交流，提供客观合规的医学材料，主动为专家处理相关医学问题提供专业支持。

Independently conduct academic exchanges with external experts. Provide objective and compliant medical materials and professional support to address relevant medical questions.

2：独立收集并初步分析医学专家洞见，形成洞察总结，为医学策略制定与证据生成提供参考。

Independently collect and perform preliminary analysis of medical expert insights; develop insight summaries and provide professional reference for medical strategy development and evidence generation.

3：对外部专家进行分层管理，建立并维护科学的信任关系，与区域重点KEE保持良好合作。

Conduct tiered management of external experts, build and maintain scientific trust relationships, and sustain collaboration with regional key KEEs.

4：收集医学资料和信息，为内部客户提供相关产品与医学领域问题的专业解答。

Gather medical materials and information to provide professional responses to internal stakeholders' product- and medical-related inquiries.

5：对DSCN合作伙伴的销售人员进行疾病与产品知识培训，提供专业医学支持。

Conduct disease and product knowledge training for sales personnel of DSCN partners, providing professional medical support.

6：协调上市后临床研究、真实世界研究和IIS研究的区域执行，协助文章发表相关工作。

Coordinate regional execution of post-marketing clinical studies, RWS, and IIS; assist with manuscript publication-related activities.

7：支持产品上市及新适应症上市的医学相关工作，提供专业医学支持。

Support medical activities related to product launch and new indication launch, providing professional medical support.

8：与市场部、销售部、诊断部等跨职能团队紧密合作，提供专业医学支持。

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Diagnosis and other cross-functional teams to provide professional medical support.

9：为其他及新入职同事提供医学知识和沟通技巧的基础指导。

Provide basic guidance on medical knowledge and communication skills to others and newly onboarded colleagues.

资历要求：

1、教育水平：临床医学，药学等相关医学专业硕士及以上学历

Education： Master’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy or other related medical disciplines.

2、相关领域工作经验及年限：3-5年外资和大型内资制药公司医学部、临床研究相关部门工作经验

Experience：3-5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research-related departments at multinational or large domestic pharmaceutical companies.

3、语言水平：英语阅读和书写流利，日常英语交流无障碍。

Language： Proficient in written and reading English, with competent daily verbal communication in English.

4、能力要求：沟通能力强，积极乐观，有创新精神，具备良好的团队合作精神。

Competency： Strong communication skills, proactive, positive mindset, innovative thinking and a strong team player.

5、计算机水平：熟悉常用办公软件（microsoft word, excel, powerpoint等），熟悉幻灯片制作

Computer Level： Proficient in common office software(Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point) and presentation development.
