Monitoring Role  

- Independently conduct monitoring activities and projects in designated compliance areas, and produce relevant monitoring reports and conclusions.

- Rapidly respond to risk items identified during monitoring that may potentially violate compliance policies with appropriate mitigation actions

- Conduct continuous monitoring of findings for which remediation action plans have been implemented.

- Continuously pay attention to areas with potential compliance risks, develop monitoring plans, and implement them.

- Organize and lead mornitoring projects and promote the implementation and conduct monitoring in accordance with established monitoring mechanisms, rules, and processes, and propose constructive optimization and improvement plans.

- Support the advancement of a digitalized compliance monitoring system, and initiate and execute the application of relevant AI and digital analytics tools.

- Cooperate to complete various ad-hoc items as required.

资历要求：

相关领域工作经验及年限

At least 3  years compliance monitoring or audit  experiences in pharmaceutical  industry, medical device industry also be considerated

至少 3 年医药行业合规监控或审计工作经验，亦可考虑医疗器械行业经验。

5 years + experiences in compliance, internal control, internal audit and compliance consulting field

5 年及以上合规、内部控制、内部审计及合规咨询领域工作经验

Proficiency in MS office tools and analytics

熟练掌握 MS Office 工具及分析能力

Familiar with common AI tools

熟悉常用 AI 工具

Data analysis tools usage

数据分析工具使用

System experience is a plus

具备系统经验者优先
